After 21 years in hospitality, there's not much Zach hasn't seen behind a bar. His career runs through nearly every corner of the business, from seven years in fine dining to high-volume nightclubs, neighborhood dive bars, craft cocktail programs, and private events. Each one reinforced the same lesson: great service isn't about the drinks, it's about the people.
He's worked weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, and private parties of every size, and his background in event coordination gives him a perspective that goes beyond bartending.
